Kristen “Krissy” Terry

A small town, driven, multi-faceted entertainer, creative director, executive producer, and businesswoman.

About Me

“Being a businesswoman never became a hiccup for Kristen while exploring her creative side. Alongside touring her live production overseas in 40 cities, Kristen learned Chinese Mandarin and recorded two songs with Multiple Grammy Award-winning Bruno Mars and The Stereotypes. A feat not many can think of achieving! And the list doesn’t end here. Heading two successful businesses in sports therapy for injured dancers and pro athletes, as well as Personal Injury solutions for injured victims, never made Kristen forget her love for creativity. As a dancer who could sing and act, Kristen loved the stage and the creative process. Her dedication to her creativity got her first production deal with a music label Miami, FL to sing and dance while still on a College academic scholarship. Kristen’s thirst for learning has always remained unquenched and made her vye for more. Born and raised in Ohio, Kristen organically learned Spanish at just 17 years old in order to dance in the Salsa Federation, International Latin Ballroom, and the Latin BillBoard Awards. No wonder creative business women like Kristen are living proof that one can carve a unique path and set an example for others to follow with determination, perseverance, and hard work.”

“Kristen Terry, an executive producer, creative director, and businesswoman, has undoubtedly been different from most of us. After completing her degree in International business on an academic scholarship and as a signed artist to a Music Label, Kristen went into the entertainment business in Los Angeles. Shortly after, she created a live production which toured overseas in 40 cities as the headlining talent, creative director and executive producer putting her degree, artistic talents, and multi-languages to the best of use. After her professional career overseas for several years, Kristen created two injury businesses back in the states. She currently has a consulting firm specializing in personal injury and a sports recovery clinic.

Graduating college Cum Laude, Kristen had always been driven and confident. As a young professional dancer and entertainer, she incurred her first injury at age 17. But what’s surprising is that Kristen self-healed by learning how to do specific stretches and strengthening exercises to heal her body slowly and became very in tune with her body through countless injuries as a performer. And that’s where she knew she had it in her to do literally anything. Her drive was immeasurable.”

“TerryFit Recovery opened its doors in 2015 due to founder Kristen’s multiple injuries while touring with her overseas live production. Her previous athletic injuries as a stunt woman in movies and years as a professional dancer prompted her to begin and learn the healing arts while rehabbing her own body. Instead of going back overseas on another contract, she decided to utilize her expertise with business and the body in the States. TerryFit Recovery’s clientele focus is primarily professional athletes but treats your everyday client as well. Not many of us think of learning from their injuries and turning them into something beneficial for ourselves and others.”
